The PNS 16T Automatic Sampling System is designed and manufactured using advanced German technology. It is specifically engineered for the collection of airborne particulate matter, including PM10, PM2.5, and particles of various sizes. This system allows for automatic replacement of up to 16 filter membranes during sampling, ensuring continuous operation. Additionally, it provides low-temperature preservation of collected samples to effectively prevent the loss of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The PNS 16T meets the needs of analyzing environmental air quality concentrations, inorganic ions, inorganic elements, organic carbon, organic substances, and particle dispersion.
Mechanical Filter Membrane Conversion: The filter membrane switching mechanism uses a purely mechanical design, ensuring smooth filter changes without jamming. It is durable and stable, built with German engineering quality.
Efficient Filter Membrane Storage: The storage tray holds up to 16 filter holders. These holders are securely fixed by a steel plate spring in the storage tray, ensuring that they stay tightly pressed against the smooth inner wall. This design prevents dust contamination during extended sampling sessions.
RFID and Intelligent Filter Identification: The built-in RFID reader/writer for filter holders allows for the automatic identification and transmission of sampling and weighing information. The system can be integrated with an intelligent filter identification system (Patent No. 2015110108430), enabling remote sampling task management via a cloud platform, with real-time monitoring throughout the sampling process.
Remote Monitoring with GPRS: The optional GPRS data wireless transmission module provides remote monitoring of sampling data, improving efficiency and flexibility.
Comprehensive Data Analysis: The optional wind direction and wind speed sensors allow for comprehensive analysis of meteorological parameters and particulate matter mass concentrations, delivering more detailed environmental data.
Real-Time Parameter Monitoring: The system features real-time graphical displays for sampling parameters, including temperature, humidity, membrane pressure, and atmospheric pressure, offering an intuitive monitoring experience.
Peltier Cooling for Filter Preservation: The optional Peltier cooling system ensures that the storage temperature of filter membranes stays below 20°C, preventing the loss of volatile substances and ensuring sample integrity during long-term sampling.
