The AWS (Automatic Weighing System ) is an intelligent filter membrane automatic weighing platform featuring constant temperature and humidity, static elimination, four-level shock protection, automatic filter membrane recognition, and Class 1000 cleanliness. This precision instrument automatically weighs filter membranes used for collecting atmospheric particulate matter (PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, and TSP) while archiving the entire weighing process. AWS (Automatic Weighing System ) also supports constant temperature and humidity equilibration, automatic batch weighing, and cloud-based mass concentration calculation for low-concentration sampling heads, No. 3 filter cartridges, and various filter membrane sizes.
The device incorporates a high-precision constant temperature and humidity control system to maintain stable environmental conditions. A four-axis robotic arm transfers samples for weighing, featuring free rotation and vertical movement to rapidly access any sample placement position.

6. Shares a single storage tower for 47mm and 90mm filter membranes, eliminating manual tower switching.

7. No need to change the transport fork or balance accessories when switching samples. This transport fork design accommodates 47mm and 90mm filter membranes, low-concentration sampling heads, #3 filter cartridges, and plankton culture dishes.

8. Supports mixed weighing functionality; a single weighing task can include filters of various materials, concentration sampling heads, No. 3 filter cartridges, and plankton culture dishes.

9. Features volume table import, automatic concentration calculation, and concentration data export capabilities.
